The Stockbury Christmas Fair 2024 is now taking bookings for stalls! Last year, we were over-subscribed very quickly, please submit your request for a stall early to increase your chances of getting a stall.
Please use the button below to register your interest in a stall; let us know what you intend to sell and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Once your stall has been confirmed, you will be provided with a link to book your pitch. This year, we will require payment of stalls to be made at the point of booking and stallholders will require stall holder insurance.

Do I need to bring cash?
Some stalls will have the ability to offer card payment as an option, but some stalls may not, so we do recommend bringing some cash in case.
How long will the event last?
The Stockbury Village Christmas Fair will open at 12 pm and close at 3 pm, so the event will be open for 3 hours.
What Do I need to get a Stall?
Insurance is needed to cover your stall, and an upfront payment.
Where is the event being held?
The event will be held in the Stockbury Village Hall on Sunday 24th November (12pm - 3pm). Postcode ME9 7UD.
Will parking be available?
The village hall has two parking areas, at the front of the village hall and behind it. We estimate we can fit around 40-50 cars within the car parks, so please be mindful when parking not to block anyone in.
